Mail notification statuses;

• When a new user is created:

• When a new task is created:
  • The user to whom task is added
  • All the project manager of task’s project
  • The user who creats the task
• When password is resetted:
  • To resetted user
• When the task is returned from client:
  • To account manager
  • To all the project managers
  • To task user
• When the task is returned from project manager;
  •  To task user
• When the project is returned from the client:
  • To account manager
  • To all the project managers
• When commented on a task:
  • To task managers
  • To task user
• When commented on a project:
  • To project manager
• When the user’s package ends
  • To account manager
• Last three days until user’s package ends:
  • To account manager
• If the task’s delivery time is overdue
  • To task user
  • To project managers
• To complete task in calculated time when there is less time than 30 minutes for alignment time
• When there is less time than 30 minutes to delivery time
• If the client is not informed after task/ project is completed by controlling once a day
