• My tasks
  • Is a field that user can display the active tasks, start and end a task and can reach the task details.
  • My tasks field has 2 different displayment option.These are saved according to the user’s preference and ensure that they appear the same each time.
    • Normal Display: It Is an option that displays the active task’s according to starting order, time calculations that commited by TaskSetGo.
    • Displayment according to Projects: It is an option that active tasks are displayed as groups that created according to time calculations, starting order on the basis of project by TaskSetGo.
• Tasks that need Manager Control
  • User that creates a task is the manager of that task and authorised to control the completement of task’s status.
  • If the task has completed by taks’s user and presented to manager control, Project Manager can confirm the task, ıf the task is incorrect/incomplete, he can send back the task or request a revision.
  • Thanks to filtration, you can display the task according to on the basis of Project and/or date ranges.
• Manager’s All Tasks
  • This panel only displayed by users who are "Account Manager"
  • It is the field that listed under all projects and all tasks.
• Last Activities
  • Field that user can see his last transactions.
• Last Points
  • Field that user can see his point and sourced movements.

• Account Managment Panel

  • Only Account Managers can see.
  • This is the page that can be analysed and arranged related projects, users, clients, account informations with account manager’s accounts.
  • Licence Status
    • Project: How many Project that you have in your account totally and your package’s maximum Project number.
    • User: How many user that you have in your account and your package’s maximum user number.
    • Storage Area: Total file size in your account and package’s maximum file size.
    • Expiry Date: Expiration date of your current packages.
  • Projects that belongs to Account:
    • Field that displays active projects belongs to account.
    • Account managers can display the passive projects, projects according to client and Project within a certain date range by filtration.
  • Users that belong to Account
    • Field that displays active users belong to account.
    • Account Managers can see the passive users by filtration.
  • Clients that belong to Account
    • The field that displays the clients of a given account.

  • It is the page that user can display projects related to him/her.

• My tasks

  • It is the page that user can display the tasks related to him/her
  • Exclusive for Account Managers
    • It is the page that other users in under the account can see their tasks
