Holiday and Permissions

Full-time, part-time and specific period non-working times (holiday, permits etc.) can be assigned to User's Schedule. Fixed holidays can be added if Turkey is chosen. Because the dates of religious holidays variable, it needs to be added manually. Added holidays can be removed later.
